The policy of purchasing a car through CSD for ex-servicemen says that one should have put in 15 years service to buy a car. In these days of decent salaries in the government, to decide on the number of years of service to arrive upon the entitlement seems to a myopic idea. With all the procedures in place, it is am sure unwarranted of such a stipulation.
