ReplyDeleteFor d.a.effective from ist.Januuary National cost Index is out on 31st.January. However Cabinat takes two month to decide release of D.A. after two month ie. in March and Ministry of Fonance takes 15days to release it. Further ,Ministry of Personal,Public grivence and Personal takes another one week to releasr it for Pensioners. Thus THREE MONTHS are passed in issue of orders and payment of an arrear is received in the Salary of April. Meanwhile there another hike of equal p.c.of d.a.. Since D.A.is mendatory to be given why this formalities is not avoided and immediatelt on announcement of National cost Index D.A> is released in the next month ie. in February. This required possitive thinking by the Govt.
ReplyDeleteD.A. rate is revised from 27% to 35% effective from 01/01/2010 for Pensioners vide Govt. Orders Dated 31st.March,2010
