**Note: i) These categories will retain existing classification as Group ‘C’.
ii) Residency period will remain unchanged.
This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
If your dept. does not have more than 1 post in 6500-10500 then one who completes 10 years of regular service and after completion of 30 years in 5500-9000 pay scales under MACP, though qualified but there is vacant post does not exists ACP will not be given. How much it is true pl. let me know
